Gravita India to meet investors, including Panview Capital, in December

Gravita India Limited has scheduled two separate meetings with institutional investors in December 2025. On December 29, 2025, the company will hold a virtual one-on-one meeting with Panview Capital. Following this, on December 30, 2025, Gravita India will conduct a physical one-on-one meeting in Jaipur with Purnartha Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd.

Both meetings are being held pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
