Goldiam international to open 19 new retail stores across India

Goldiam International Limited announced its strategy to open 19 new "ORIGEM" branded retail stores across India, as detailed in an announcement dated December 22, 2025. These planned expansions will see multiple stores in Bangalore (3), Gurgaon (4), Jaipur (2), Noida (2), and Pune (2), alongside single locations in Kolkata, Delhi, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chennai, Ludhiana, and Faridabad.

The new stores are projected to commence operations between December 2025 and April 2026. Delhi's new store is expected to open by December 31, 2025, while Jaipur and Noida locations are slated for April 30, 2026. These openings are contingent upon the execution of definitive agreements, receipt of statutory approvals, and completion of fit-out activities.

This retail expansion aligns with Goldiam International's long-term objective of enhancing its market presence and customer engagement. The company will disclose specific store locations and addresses to the stock exchanges once operations begin. Additionally, Goldiam has confirmed the closure of its Borivali West store due to building redevelopment, with relocation options currently under evaluation.
