Dilip Buildcon wins large solar project in Madhya Pradesh

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has been declared the L-1 bidder by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for establishing grid-connected Solar PV-based Power Plants. This project falls under the Feeder Solarization component of the PM KUSUM - C scheme, with a total capacity of 1363.55 MW AC under the Non-DCR category.

The power generated from these plants will be sold to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) for 25 years. DBL will secure an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business opportunity valued at approximately INR 4900 crores (excluding GST), to be executed over the next 18 months. The project includes development, design, engineering, supply, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the plants.

The company confirmed that the order was awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions. The project will be implemented through multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
