Central Bank of India appoints statutory central auditors for FY26

Central Bank of India, with the approval of the Reserve Bank of India, has appointed and re-appointed four chartered accountant firms as statutory central auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26, effective December 2025. The firms continuing as SCAs include M/s ADB & Co., M/s. Amit Ray & Co., and M/s. Jain Paras Bilala & Co.

Additionally, M/s. Garg Ashok & Company has been appointed as a new SCA for the bank, replacing "retired auditor" M/s A R & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.

M/s ADB & Co. will serve its third tenure, M/s. Amit Ray & Co. and M/s. Jain Paras Bilala & Co. will both be in their second tenures, while M/s. Garg Ashok & Company will commence its first tenure as an SCA. The firms have 15, 14, 25, and 7 full-time partners respectively.
