Akshay Poddar reduces Texmaco stake with gift to immediate relative

Akshay Poddar, a promoter group member, transferred 100,000 equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited as a gift to his immediate relative, Jyotsna Poddar, on December 19, 2025. This off-market inter-se transfer constitutes 0.07% of the total paid-up share capital of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited.

Prior to this transfer, Poddar held 133,552 shares, representing 0.10% of the company's total share/voting capital. Following the transaction, his holding in Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited now stands at 33,552 shares, which amounts to 0.03% of the total paid-up share capital.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
