Akshay Poddar gifts Zuari Industries shares to Jyotsna Poddar

Akshay Poddar has disclosed the transfer of 300,000 equity shares of Zuari Industries Limited as a gift to his immediate relative, Jyotsna Poddar, on December 19, 2025. This off-market inter-se transfer, reported under SEBI regulations, has reduced Akshay Poddar's total holding in Zuari Industries to 20,384 shares, representing 0.07% of the total paid-up share capital.

Conversely, Jyotsna Poddar has acquired these 300,000 shares, increasing her total holding in Zuari Industries to 371,621 shares, or 1.25% of the company's total paid-up share capital. Before the acquisition, Jyotsna Poddar held 71,621 shares (0.24%). Both Akshay and Jyotsna Poddar are listed among the persons acting in concert (PAC) with the promoter group.
