Adani Total Gas appoints Preyash Jhaveri as interim chief financial officer

Adani Total Gas Limited (formerly Adani Gas Ltd) announced the appointment of Preyash Jhaveri as its interim chief financial officer (key managerial personnel), effective December 22, 2025. This decision was made by the board of directors at a meeting held on the same date, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Jhaveri will serve in this interim capacity until a new chief financial officer is appointed by the board.

Jhaveri, a qualified chartered accountant with a B.Com, LL.B., and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), brings over 30 years of experience in finance, accounts, and taxation from various sectors including energy, gas, healthcare, and pharma. He joined Adani Total Gas in 2007 and currently serves as financial controller.

The company also provided an updated list of its key managerial personnel authorized to determine materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures. This includes Suresh Manglani, whole time director & CEO, Preyash Jhaveri, interim chief financial officer, and Anil Agrawal, company secretary & compliance officer.
