Uno Minda closes trading window ahead of Q3 results

Uno Minda Limited announced on December 20, 2025, the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will commence on January 1, 2026, and remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

The company will separately intimate the date of the board meeting scheduled to consider, approve, and declare these financial results. This measure is in accordance with regulatory requirements to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures.

The notification was issued by Tarun Kumar Srivastava, company secretary & compliance officer, to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
