Sterling and Wilson settles arbitration with OEG Inc.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWRE) reported the dismissal of arbitration proceedings between OEG Inc., USA, and Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions, Inc. (SWSS). Both parties mutually agreed to dismiss the arbitration, which is now closed pursuant to a general order of dismissal.

While the arbitration has been dismissed with prejudice, certain counterclaims, as referenced in the arbitration order dated March 13, 2025, remain expressly reserved. No costs, expenses, or legal fees were awarded to either party in connection with this resolution.

SWRE does not anticipate any financial impact arising from this settlement, beyond what was previously disclosed in its October 10, 2025, filing. The update follows previous disclosures made on August 14, 2023, November 17, 2023, and October 10, 2025, in accordance with SEBI listing regulations.
