SBI Mutual Fund has reported a reduction in its shareholding in Muthoot Finance Ltd, decreasing its stake by 2% from its previous disclosure on June 30, 2023. This change results from the sale of 96,367 shares, representing 0.0240% of Muthoot Finance's paid-up share capital, through a market sale on December 18, 2025.

The latest holding of SBI Mutual Fund, across its various schemes, stands at 20,526,730 shares, which equates to 5.1129% of Muthoot Finance's paid-up share capital. The prior reported holding was 7.1174% as of June 30, 2023.

This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Muthoot Finance's total equity share capital remains at ₹4,014,684,760, consisting of 401,468,476 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.
