Nitin Spinners schedules virtual meeting with institutional investors

Nitin Spinners Ltd. will hold a virtual group meeting with institutional investors and analysts on December 24, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM onwards. This meeting is being conducted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Discussions during the meeting will be based on publicly available information. The company explicitly stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared. Nitin Spinners also noted that changes to the schedule may occur due to exigencies on the part of participants or the company.
