KEC International secures interim relief in PGCIL tender dispute

KEC International Limited announced that the high court of Delhi has kept in abeyance a PGCIL order from November 18, 2025. This order had initially excluded KEC from participating in PGCIL tenders for nine months. The high court's decision, received by KEC on December 19, 2025, allows the company to continue its participation in ongoing bids, including those from PGCIL, pending a fresh or supplementary order from PGCIL.

The high court's order mandates PGCIL to address all contentions raised by KEC International in its reply to the show cause notice issued by PGCIL. This interim relief ensures KEC can maintain its business operations related to PGCIL tenders while the legal process unfolds.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
