ICICI Prudential Life confirms debenture interest payment credit

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has confirmed the emailing of credit intimation for interest payments to debenture holders on December 19, 2025, at 06:30 p.m. This payment pertains to 140,000 unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable, non-cumulative, taxable, non-convertible debentures, each valued at INR 1 lakh. The total aggregate value of these debentures is INR 1,400 Crores.

The annual interest rate for these debentures is 8.03%, covering the period from December 19, 2024, to December 18, 2025. The interest payment was credited to debenture holders' bank accounts via Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) on December 19, 2025.

Debenture holders who have not received their interest payment are advised to contact KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
