Craftsman Automation subsidiary completes Suprash Developers acquisition

Craftsman Automation Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DR Axion India Private Limited, has successfully completed the direct acquisition of 100% of the paid-up equity share capital of Suprash Developers Private Limited. This transaction also includes the indirect acquisition of 100% of Suprash's wholly-owned subsidiary, Srikara Technologies Private Limited.

The completion follows an earlier intimation dated December 19, 2025, regarding the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition. This development aligns with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
