Bank of India announces senior management reassignments for december 2025

Bank of India has implemented changes in the assignments of three senior management personnel, effective December 20, 2025, as disclosed in a recent announcement.

Sudhiranjan Padhi, previously responsible for information technology, digital banking, digital lending, data analytics (DAD), and IT (governance & excellence), will now oversee human resources, learning & development, finance, planning, and business process re-engineering, & EASE. Rajesh Sadashiv Ingle, who previously handled human resources, learning & development, finance, planning, business process re-engineering, & EASE, has been reassigned to inspection & audit.

Concurrently, Satyendra Singh, formerly the cto, will now manage information technology, digital banking, digital lending department, data analytics (DAD), and IT (governance & excellence), in addition to retaining his cto responsibilities. These reassignments reflect a strategic restructuring of leadership roles across critical functions within the bank.
