Varroc Engineering schedules investor meeting with Buyoant Capital

Varroc Engineering Limited is set to host an in-person meeting with institutional investor Buyoant Capital on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. in Pune. The meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
