TVS Electronics amalgamation takes effect

The scheme of amalgamation between TVS Investments Pvt Ltd and TVS Electronics Ltd has officially become effective as of Friday, December 19, 2025. This follows the fulfillment of all conditionality specified in clause 21 of the scheme.

Both companies filed the certified copy of the National Company Law Tribunal order, dated November 27, 2025, sanctioning the scheme with the Registrar of Companies via e-Form INC-28 on December 19, 2025. The "Appointed Date" for the scheme is set at the closing business hours of April 1, 2023.
