Spice Lounge Food Works acquires Prisha Infotech to boost tech capabilities

Spice Lounge Food Works Limited has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Singapore-based Prisha Infotech PTE. LTD. for $150,000. The move, announced on December 19, 2025, signifies a strategic expansion into technology-enabled solutions for the food service and hospitality ecosystem, aligning with the company's long-term strategy of expansion and diversification.

Prisha Infotech, incorporated on May 6, 2021, specializes in software development and programming solutions, with reported turnovers of $7.86m in FY2025, $10.82m in FY2024, and $10.02m in FY2023. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 12 months from the execution of definitive agreements.

This integration is set to enhance Spice Lounge Food Works' digital foundation, strengthen supply chain management, point-of-sale systems, and customer experience platforms, enabling access to international markets through Singapore. The acquisition will be paid in cash.
