Motilal Oswal Financial Services announces trading window closure

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.

The window will remain closed for the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.

During this period, all designated persons, including directors, promoters, promoter group, and persons acting in concerts, along with their immediate relatives and individuals with contractual and fiduciary relations to the company, are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the company's securities. This includes auditors, accountancy firms, law firms, analysts, and consultants.
