Morgan Terrassen B.V. increases stake in Foseco India to 15.27%

Morgan Terrassen B.V., acting in concert with Morganite Crucible Limited, acquired 11,50,800 equity shares in Foseco India Limited via a preferential allotment, as disclosed on December 18, 2025. This acquisition, completed on November 12, 2025, increased their combined holding to 15.27% of Foseco India's total voting capital.

Before this acquisition, Morgan Terrassen B.V. and Morganite Crucible Limited held no shares in Foseco India. Following the transaction, Morgan Terrassen B.V. now holds 5,60,056 shares (7.43%), and Morganite Crucible Limited holds 5,90,744 shares (7.84%).

The total equity share capital of Foseco India Limited has increased from INR 6,38,64,590, comprising 63,86,459 shares, to INR 7,53,72,590, comprising 75,37,259 shares of INR 10 each, post-acquisition.
