Kakatiya Industries increases stake in NCL Industries

Kakatiya Industries Private Ltd, a promoter group entity, has acquired 1,713 shares of NCL Industries Limited through an open market transaction. This acquisition was disclosed on December 18, 2025, under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to this transaction, Kakatiya Industries held 110,586 shares, representing 0.24% of NCL Industries' total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, their total holding increased to 112,299 shares, maintaining the percentage at 0.24% of the company's equity share capital.
