ITC allots shares under employee stock option schemes

ITC Limited issued and allotted 195,210 ordinary shares of ₹1 each on December 19, 2025. This allotment resulted from 19,521 options being exercised by optionees under the company's employee stock option schemes. The committee meeting to finalize this allotment concluded at 3:10 p.m.

Consequently, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has risen to ₹1,252,89,59,771, divided into 1,252,89,59,771 ordinary shares of ₹1 each, effective from December 19, 2025. This move aligns with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
