Indraprastha Gas forms JV with Hindustan Waste Treatment for bio gas projects

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Hindustan Waste Treatment Private Limited (HWT) to establish Compressed Bio Gas Plant/Biofuel Projects. The agreement was executed on December 19, 2025.

The joint venture will feature equal equity participation from both partners, with IGL and HWT each holding a 50% share. The board of directors for the new JV will initially consist of four directors, with two nominated by each party.

This transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
