ICICI Prudential AMC lists on exchanges; ICICI Bank maintains majority stake

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI AMC), a subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited, was listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited effective December 19, 2025. This followed an initial public offering where Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited sold 48,972,994 equity shares.

Each share, with a face value of ₹1, was issued at a price of ₹2,165. Despite this significant sale, ICICI Bank has stated its intention to retain its majority shareholding in ICICI AMC.
