Brightcom Group reports strong FY25 performance, expands into AI defense

Brightcom Group Limited reported a significant financial recovery for the fiscal year 2024-25, with consolidated revenues reaching INR 514,665.70 lakhs, a 10% increase from FY2023-24's INR 466,225.28 lakhs. Net profit after tax also rose by 3% to INR 71,003.81 lakhs from INR 68,752.48 lakhs in the previous year, with basic earnings per share at INR 3.52. The company's total comprehensive income for the period stood at INR 90,467.57 lakhs.

The company has diversified its business operations into four divisions: Digital Advertising, Software Services, Brightcom Defence, and Next-Gen Tech. A major milestone for the year was the incorporation of Brightcom Defence Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on AI-driven defense technologies and aerospace intelligence. This expansion aims to leverage the company's AI and autonomous systems expertise for national and global priorities, complementing its core advertising business.

Brightcom Group highlighted its global presence across 24 countries and an employee strength exceeding 450. The company also detailed its strategic roadmap, focusing on AdTech growth in EMEA markets, privacy-first advertising, collaborations in defense AI, and continued financial discipline.
