Aayush Agrawal, a promoter of Ajanta Pharma Limited, has reported the creation and release of share pledges. On December 11, 2025, a pledge was created on 638,500 shares, representing 0.51% of the total share capital, in favor of Bajaj Finance Ltd, due to an increase in a loan.

Conversely, on December 16, 2025, a pledge on 450,000 shares, amounting to 0.36% of the total share capital, was released in favor of Infina Finance Ltd, following a loan repayment. These transactions by Aayush Agrawal, acting as trustee for the Aayush Agrawal Trust, reflect a dynamic management of pledged holdings.

Post-event, the encumbered shares held by Aayush Agrawal, trustee Aayush Agrawal Trust, stand at 6,518,247 shares, representing 5.22% of the total share capital. The initial pledge creation increased the encumbered shares from 6,329,747 to 6,968,247 before the subsequent release.
