Aeroflex Enterprises board to discuss material subsidiary disinvestment

Aeroflex Enterprises Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. to consider and approve the disinvestment in M.R. Organisation Limited, which is classified as a material subsidiary of the company.

In accordance with regulatory provisions, the trading window for securities of Aeroflex Enterprises will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. This closure will commence on Monday, December 22, 2025, and extend for 48 hours following the dissemination of the board meeting's outcome, concluding on Friday, December 26, 2025. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission.
