Abbott India closes trading window for Q3 2025 results

Abbott India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Thursday, January 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and pertains to dealing in the company's shares.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. This measure aims to prevent insider trading ahead of the public release of the company's financial performance.

The announcement was made on December 19, 2025, and signed by Sangeeta Shetty, company secretary. Copies of the intimation have also been sent to the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
