TCS expands Aviva UK partnership, establishes new Costa Rican subsidiary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is expanding its partnership with Aviva UK, with its subsidiary Diligenta managing an additional 1.1 million Aviva policies, bringing the total to over 6.5 million. This extended collaboration aims to enhance the life and pensions customer experience through digitized services, self-service capabilities, and a simplified technology landscape, leveraging the TCS BaNCS™ platform.

In parallel, TCS announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Costa Rica, named '3-101-951221 SOCIEDAD ANONIMA', on December 15, 2025. This entity, a step-down subsidiary of TCS Iberoamerica S.A., has an initial capital subscription of 10,000 colons for 100% shareholding, and its primary objective is to establish operations in Costa Rica to expand services for North American clients.

The new subsidiary, operating in the Information Technology and Information Technology enabled Services industry, leverages Costa Rica's strong hub for North American clients, talent pool, and stable business environment to facilitate growth. Both announcements reflect TCS's ongoing strategic initiatives to strengthen its global presence and enhance its service offerings.
