SJS Enterprises inks key deal for Indian automotive display market

S.J.S. Enterprises Limited announced the signing of a technology license cum exclusive supply agreement (TLA) with BOE Varitronix Limited on December 18, 2025. This agreement follows initial memoranda of understanding executed on September 16, 2025. The collaboration focuses on the manufacturing of automotive displays in India.

Under the TLA, BOE Varitronix will transfer licensed technology, know-how, and technical support to SJS for the manufacture, assembly, testing, quality control, and supply of automotive display systems. This includes a five-year license for the technology in India, granting SJS rights to manufacture, market, and sell target products. Monetary consideration will be paid for component supply, with prices to be mutually decided.

The partnership is expected to enable SJS to enter the automotive display manufacturing space, leveraging advanced technology from BOEVX. It aims to support backward integration, enhance product capabilities, facilitate the localization of key display components, and establish a new high-value growth vertical aligned with OEM demand in India.
