Siemens International increases stake in Siemens Limited to 52.77%

Siemens International Holding B.V. acquired 3,561,203 equity shares, representing 1.00% of the equity share capital, of Siemens Limited. The acquisition was made from Siemens Energy Holding B.V., with both entities being promoters of Siemens Limited.

The inter-se transfer took place on December 17, 2025, for approximately INR 11,407,868,584.23, valuing each equity share at approximately INR 3,203.37. This disclosure was made under Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Post-transaction, Siemens International Holding B.V.'s total shareholding increased to 187,947,172 shares, or 52.77% of the company's share capital. The overall promoter group's stake now stands at 267,089,913 shares, or 75.00%.
