Refex subsidiary secures 148 MW wind turbine generator supply order

Refex Industries Limited announced on December 18, 2025, that its subsidiary, Venwind Refex Power Limited (VRPL), has signed a contract to supply Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) to a leading Independent Power Producer. The order is for 148 MW of wind power projects to be set up in Tamil Nadu.

The contract includes the supply of WTGs for the project, along with related technical and supervisory assistance. VRPL's scope of work encompasses design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, marking, loading, and supply of the WTGs, adhering to contract terms, applicable laws, and prudent wind industry practices.

The order, classified as a domestic transaction, is slated for execution by September 2026. Refex Industries confirmed that there are no promoter, promoter group, or group company interests in the entity that awarded the contract, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
