Pudumjee Paper Products appoints Shailaja Nair as independent director

Pudumjee Paper Products Limited announced the appointment of Shailaja Nair as a non-executive independent director, effective November 14, 2025. Her appointment for a five-year term was approved by company shareholders via postal ballot.

Nair brings over 30 years of extensive experience in financial services, ESG strategy, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise spans corporate governance, risk frameworks, Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, and IPO management. She previously served as an executive committee member and senior vice president at AXA Global Business Services, where she led finance, operations, procurement, and ESG initiatives across 26 global entities.

Currently, Nair acts as a consultant and advisor to a global consulting group, focusing on governance, business transformation, ESG, and impact investing. The company confirmed that Nair is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
