Nucleus Software announces executive director Anurag Mantri concludes term

Nucleus Software Exports Limited informed stock exchanges that Anurag Mantri concluded his existing term as executive director of the company on December 18, 2025. Consequently, Mantri ceased to be the executive director effective from the end of business hours on the same date.
