N.R. Agarwal promoters release significant pledged shares

N.R. Agarwal Industries Limited announced on December 18, 2025, the release of pledged shares by its promoters, R N Agarwal and Reena Agarwal. R N Agarwal released 7,978,105 pledged shares, representing 46.88% of the total share capital, while Reena Agarwal released 4,538,861 pledged shares, representing 26.67% of the total share capital.

An additional filing confirmed that Raunak Agarwal also released 1,000 pledged shares. SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, acting as security trustee, confirmed the release of 12,516,998 pledged shares, amounting to 73.55% of the total share capital, held in their favor.

Before the release, SBICAP Trustee Company Limited held 12,516,998 shares, or 73.55% of the total voting capital. Following the release on December 16, 2025, SBICAP Trustee Company Limited's holding of encumbered shares is now nil. The total equity share capital of N.R. Agarwal Industries Limited remains 1,70,19,100 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, aggregating to Rs.17,01,91,000/-.
