Nelco announces trading window closure ahead of Q3 results

Nelco Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in anticipation of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. This closure aligns with the "Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window for dealing in Nelco's securities will be closed from December 25, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, are declared to the Stock Exchanges. Both December 25, 2025, and the day of declaration are inclusive in this restricted period.

The company's company secretary, Ritesh N Kamdar, signed the announcement, confirming that the closure of the trading window will be communicated to designated persons as per the code of conduct. This measure ensures compliance with insider trading regulations ahead of the financial disclosure.
