Meghna Infracon to close trading window ahead of Q3 results

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (formerly Naysaa Securities Ltd.) announced on December 18, 2025, the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. This closure, mandated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will commence on January 1, 2026.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. These results are pending approval by the board of directors and subsequent filing with stock exchanges.

All designated persons are advised to refrain from trading in Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited securities during this period. The company further stated that the date of the board meeting to approve the aforementioned results will be communicated in due course.
