Magadh Sugar & Energy appoints Shalini Nopany as non-executive director

Magadh Sugar & Energy Limited confirmed today that its members have approved the appointment of Mrs. Shalini Nopany as a non-executive director. The resolution, proposed via a postal ballot initiated on November 11, 2025, with voting concluding on December 18, 2025, passed with a significant majority.

According to the scrutinizer's report, 103 members participated in the remote e-voting process, casting a total of 8,798,225 votes. Of these, 8,788,840 votes (99.89%) were cast in favor of the appointment, while 9,385 votes (0.11%) dissented. The company confirmed that the resolution is deemed to have been passed on December 18, 2025, being the final day for remote e-voting.
