Juniper Hotels appoints Mayur Chokshi as independent director

Juniper Hotels Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Mayur Chokshi (DIN: 01238535) as an additional non-executive independent director, effective December 18, 2025. The appointment was approved by the board of directors at their meeting on December 18, 2025, and is for a first term of two consecutive years, concluding on December 17, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Chokshi, a senior chartered accountant with over four decades of experience, is the founder of Mayur Chokshi & Co., a Mumbai-based chartered accountancy firm. His expertise spans corporate advisory, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance across diverse sectors including insurance, NBFCs, IT/ITES, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and telecom. He has extensive experience in Ind AS/IFRS, audit committee functions, and business structuring, and has advised on digital transformation and AI governance.

Mr. Chokshi's appointment aims to enhance the company's governance and strategic oversight. He is not related to any other director of Juniper Hotels Limited.
