ICICI Bank allots equity shares to employees under stock unit scheme

ICICI Bank has allotted 19,752 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹2, on December 18, 2025. This allotment was made under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022.

The decision was approved today at 04:37 p.m. by two executive directors, exercising powers delegated by the bank's board of directors. This delegation occurred during a board meeting held on October 21, 2023.

The announcement was formally communicated by Chetan Pawar, an associate leadership team member at ICICI Bank Limited, and addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
