Hindustan Unilever increases stake in energy services SPV

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has completed the acquisition of an additional 1,02,63,744 equity shares in Transition Sustainable Energy Services One Private Limited (SPV) for a consideration of Rs. 10,26,37,440. This acquisition follows an initial announcement on March 23, 2024, regarding a 22.33% stake.

This latest transaction, executed in accordance with terms dated January 18, 2024, boosts HUL's total ownership in the SPV to 27.66%.

The acquisition was carried out under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015. Radhika Shah, company secretary & compliance officer, signed the announcement, which was dated December 18, 2025.
