Hansini Management pledges TeamLease shares for property loan

Hansini Management Consultants Private Limited, a promoter of TeamLease Services Limited, announced on December 17, 2025, the pledge of 84,050 equity shares of TeamLease Services. This pledge was made as security with Kotak Securities Limited for a loan against property approved for Hansini Management, amounting to 22 crore rupees.

The disclosure, made under Regulation 31(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011, indicates that Hansini Management's total shareholding in TeamLease Services stands at 131,442 shares, representing 0.78% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, the number of encumbered shares now totals 84,050, constituting 0.50% of TeamLease Services' total share capital.

The shares were pledged on December 16, 2025, and transferred from one demat account to another as part of the collateral arrangement. TeamLease Services Limited is listed on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
