Hampton Sky Realty EGM approves Finton Homes partnership exit, transactions

Hampton Sky Realty Limited (formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited) held its extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on Thursday, December 18, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting addressed crucial business items, including the approval of material related party transactions with Finton Homes.

Shareholders also approved Hampton Sky Realty's exit from Finton Homes, a partnership firm, by way of retirement from the partnership. Additionally, the company's share in Finton Homes was approved for exit.

Kavya Arora, managing director, chaired the EGM, which saw 86 members in attendance. Tarandeep Kaur, company secretary, introduced other directors. The voting results and scrutinizer's report will be submitted to the stock exchange and uploaded on the company's website.
