Eris Lifesciences independent director Rajeev Dalal to complete tenure

Eris Lifesciences Limited announced the completion of Rajeev Dalal's tenure as a non-executive, independent director. Dalal was appointed for a five-year term commencing December 19, 2020, and his term will conclude at the close of business hours on December 18, 2025. This cessation is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
