Concord Biotech names Raviraj Karia new chief financial officer

Concord Biotech Limited has appointed Raviraj Karia as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective December 18, 2025. This appointment was approved by the board of directors following recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee. Karia will also serve as a key managerial personnel (KMP) of the company, as per Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Karia brings over 23 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, clinical research, logistics, and private equity sectors. His career highlights include managing multi-bn dollar financing programs, leading India's largest outbound pharma acquisition, facilitating private equity investments, and executing global audits. He is a chartered accountant and has held leadership roles at companies such as Intas Pharmaceuticals and Shalby Hospitals.

Following this appointment, Concord Biotech has updated its list of KMPs. The revised KMP list now includes Sudhir Vaid as chairman and managing director, Ankur Vaid as joint managing director and chief executive officer, Raviraj Karia as chief financial officer, and Hina Patel as company secretary and compliance officer. Karia is not related to any other directors of the company and holds no shares in Concord Biotech.
