Bharat Heavy Electricals shareholders approve articles amendment

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited announced that its shareholders approved a special resolution to amend the Articles of Association through a postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting. The resolution, detailed in a notice dated November 18, 2025, was declared passed with the requisite majority.

The voting results show that 2,993,307,602 votes were cast in favor of the resolution, representing 99.9985% of the total valid votes polled. Conversely, only 46,179 votes were cast against the resolution, accounting for 0.0015% of the total. A total of 2,993,353,781 valid votes were cast by 4,288 voters.

The remote e-voting period ran from November 19, 2025, to December 18, 2025. The scrutineer, Sachin Agarwal of Agarwal S. & Associates, confirmed that the electronic data and relevant records are securely maintained.
