Beacon Trusteeship pledges ASM Technologies shares

Beacon Trusteeship Limited, in its capacity as debenture trustee for Preindra Global Private Limited, has disclosed the pledge of equity shares of ASM Technologies Limited. This disclosure, dated December 18, 2025, details an encumbrance of 782,726 shares, representing 6.65% of ASM Technologies' total share/voting capital and 5.42% of its diluted share/voting capital.

Before this latest pledge, Beacon Trusteeship Limited held 375,918 shares, accounting for 3.19% of the total share/voting capital. Following the encumbrance, the total holding of shares encumbered by the acquirer increased to 782,726 shares.

The pledge of equity shares was executed pursuant to a Debenture Trust Deed dated June 28, 2025. ASM Technologies' total equity shares capital/total voting capital before and after the said acquisition/sale stands at 1,17,74,208. The total diluted share/voting capital of the target company after this acquisition is 1,44,35,598.
