Albert David CEO Kunte resigns for personal reasons

Albert David Limited today announced the resignation of Umesh Manohar Kunte from his roles as managing director, chief executive officer, and director, effective at the close of business hours on December 18, 2025. The company stated that Kunte's departure is due to "personal reasons and priorities."

With this resignation, Kunte will also cease to be a key managerial person under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations. The board of directors accepted his resignation at a meeting held on December 18, 2025.
