Syrma SGS completes first tranche of Elcome acquisition for INR 235 crores

Syrma SGS Technology Limited has completed the first tranche of its acquisition of Elcome Integrated Systems Private Limited ("Elcome"), acquiring 60% of Elcome's total paid-up share capital. This transaction, executed on December 17, 2025, involved an aggregate consideration of approximately INR 235,00,00,000, utilizing a mix of primary and secondary investment.

This move follows the company's prior announcement on November 10, 2025, regarding the board's approval to acquire the entire paid-up share capital of both Elcome and Navicom Technology International Private Limited ("Navicom"). Post-acquisition, Navicom is intended to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elcome.

The acquisition aligns with the Listing Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. Syrma SGS Technology is a provider of electronic manufacturing services.
