Sudarshan Pharma establishes wholly-owned subsidiary in Poland

Sudarshan Pharma Industries Limited announced the successful incorporation of Sudarshan Pharma Poland Limited Liability Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary. This follows the company's previous disclosure on February 19, 2025, regarding the board's approval for this strategic move. The new entity is located at Bartycka, number 22B, room 21A, postal code 00-716, Warsaw, Poland.

Sudarshan Pharma Industries has subscribed to 100 shares of Polish Zloty 50 each, totaling PLN 5,000, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of Sudarshan Poland. This acquisition is not considered a related party transaction. The primary objective of Sudarshan Poland is the manufacture of basic chemicals, fertilizers, nitrogen compounds, plastics, and synthetic rubber, with additional activities including the production of pesticides, detergents, and pharmaceuticals.

This establishment is poised to enlarge Sudarshan Pharma's customer base within the European region. The shares will be acquired in cash, with funds remitted after obtaining the necessary approvals from the Reserve Bank of India.
